User Education Programme – Springer Online Training (25 May 2021)

Springer Nature and the UMP Library collaborated on an online training using the GoToMeeting application on 25th May 2021. Mr. Kent Yeap Hong, Springer Nature's Licensing Manager, led the SpringerLink Online Training.
A total of 65 people attended this session which included academicians, undergraduates and postgraduate students. During the course, participants learned how to find useful and reliable information by using SpringerLink online database via ezproxy remote access https://ezproxy.ump.edu.my/login. These resources will certainly assist them when they need to do in-depth studies and research.
Once they have the skills and understanding, they are able to prepare themselves for their online classes. We believe that all participants can access this platform anywhere and they are prepared to produce high impact research even when we are still under Movement Control Order (MCO).
