WajahUMPSA is the official digital photo repository of Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), developed to support the systematic management, storage, and preservation of the university’s visual assets.

The system functions as a “Smart Digital Archive” in supporting the university’s digital content preservation initiatives while safeguarding the institution’s history and memorable moments.

The main functions and roles of WajahUMPSA include:

• Managing and storing the university’s visual assets systematically
• Preserving digital photo collections from risks of damage or loss
• Supporting teaching, research, consultancy, and official administrative activities of UMPSA
• Providing security control and copyright protection for the university’s visual assets
• Serving as a reference centre for the university’s official photo collections

All photo contents available in WajahUMPSA are subject to the University Cyber Security Policy (PKS) and the Copyright Act 1987.

The photo collections are provided exclusively for learning, teaching, research, consultancy, and official administrative purposes of UMPSA and shall not be used for personal business purposes.

The system is also equipped with a transparent watermark feature containing the UMPSA name and logo as part of copyright protection and prevention against image misuse.
