Chief Librarian Office
Chief Librarian Office is responsible for the administrative and strategic aspect of the library. This includes the administration of the office, staff, finances, store control, building and vehicle maintenance among others. It also handles all the human resources and human development administration.
This office also plays a role in providing efficient services and assistance. We aim to further enhance the effectiveness of administration and management, the planning of human resources and finance. All these will be implemented in a transparent, fast, accurate and orderly manner in accordance with financial rules and policies, in line with national standards and customer charters.

Resources Development Section
Resources Development Section is responsible for building, managing, and maintaining the library's resources. Its primary function is to acquire high-quality print, digital, and media resources that support the educational and informational needs of the Library users.

- Collect, manage and maintain documents issued by UMPSA in various forms and electronic format
- Develop latest collection that would meet the information needs of library users
- Planning digital repository needs of the UMPSA
- Improving the accessibility of the latest source of information to meet the needs of library users
- Provides content of the information literacy program or hands on training to promote library materials digitally
