This class also provides practical training where students can download and install Mendeley software, import journal articles and books, and integrate Mendeley in Microsoft Word software to facilitate the writing process and generate reference sources. This will help students manage references more efficiently without having to worry about compiling references manually.

One of the students who was interviewed said, "This workshop is very helpful for us in managing references more regularly. The skills learned are very useful especially for us who are completing the assignments given by the lecturer."

With the implementation of this session, it is hoped that the students will be more prepared and confident in producing high quality writing as well as complying with the academic standards set. The UMPSA library is also ready to accept invitations from the faculty to hold beneficial training sessions and workshops to support student learning and development.
