Bahagian Pentadbiran
Bahagian Pentadbiran bertanggungjawab berkaitan pentadbiran pejabat, pentadbiran kakitangan, kursus, kewangan, pengawalan stor, pemeliharaan kenderaan dan bangunan. Selain itu, bahagian ini menguruskan sumber manusia dan pembangunan modal insan Perpustakaan meliputi perkhidmatan, perjawatan, gaji, penilaian prestasi, perbelanjaan, disiplin dan lain-lain yang berkaitan dengan pembangunan insan.
Bahagian ini juga berperanan memberikan perkhidmatan dan bantuan yang efisen. Ini termasuklah meningkatkan keberkesanan tadbir urus, perancangan sumber tenaga manusia dan kewangan. Setiap proses ini akan dilaksanakan dengan telus, cepat, tepat dan teratur mengikut peraturan dan dasar kewangan selaras dengan piawaian nasional serta piagam pelanggan Perpustakaan.

- Collect, manage and maintain documents issued by UMPSA in various forms and electronic format
- Develop latest collection that would meet the information needs of library users
- Planning digital repository needs of the UMPSA
- Improving the accessibility of the latest source of information to meet the needs of library users
- Provides content of the information literacy program or hands on training to promote library materials digitally

Cawangan Gambang
Perpustakaan UMP Gambang memberi tumpuan pada menyediakan perkhidmatan dan kemudahan seperti perkhidmatan rujukan, sirkulasi / perkhidmatan kaunter dan lain-lain yang berkaitan dengan perkhidmatan dan kemudahan kepada pengguna.
Selain itu, bahagian ini juga bertanggungjawab untuk mempromosi perkhidmatan dan kemudahan Perpustakaan kepada pengguna. Cawangan ini diketuai oleh seorang Timbalan Ketua Pustakawan dan merangkumi 3 seksyen iaitu Seksyen Pendidikan & Penyelidikan, Seksyen Perkhidmatan Pelanggan dan Seksyen Pemasaran.
