User Education Programme – SAE Mobilus Online Training (20 May 2021)

An online tutorial for SAE Mobilus (SAE Scholarly Journal) was held via Microsoft Teams Applications on May 20, 2021. Ms. Shitong Xing from SAE led the session.
The training's aim is to serve students and researchers in understanding and exploring the SAE Mobilus. The SAE Mobilus is a mobile application that aids users with academic writing and research. The following are some of the topics covered during the training:
1. SAE International – a society, SDO and publisher for all automotive engineers
2. SAE Mobilus – digital library
3. A brief walkthrough on sae.org and Mobilus List of SAE journals subscribed by UMP Library
This session drew roughly 16 persons, which consisted of academicians, undergraduates, and postgraduate students. It is envisaged that this training will boost SAE Mobilus usage while also assisting users in improving the quality of their academic writing.
